DÆHLIE is a leading Norwegian sportswear specialty brand founded in 1996 by Bjørn Dæhlie. We are a premium sportwear brand that caters to the Nordic and run community with a clear mission - In Pursuit of Perfection. Introduced in the North American outdoor/ski market in 2015 with great success; over doubling sales in 2021. We have grown rapidly in a short period of time by establishing a strong rep force and significant partnerships with specialty dealers in North America. DÆHLIE Sportswear is part of Active Brands, a Norwegian-based brand house with subsidiaries in Europe and North America.
We are searching for well-established sales reps in the New England, Mid-Atlantic, and Rocky Mountain territories that can support and grow the brand in your respective territory. Must have a passion for sales and an understanding of the apparel market. Nordic and run experience are desired, but not necessary.
The key roles of the position include:
· Grow sales through existing accounts across
· Grow sales through new accounts
· Help support brand and marketing initiatives
· Support at regional and national tradeshows
Responsibilities:
· Work according to budgets and timelines
· Sales planning to execute budgets
· Account retention
· Account acquisition
· Retail marketing support as set by marketing manager
· Reporting as necessary, sell-through, ATS, repeat business
· Trade show participation
