Position Overview
The Repair Technician is responsible for performing a variety of technical repairs on outdoor gear, apparel, and equipment. This includes sewing, patching, zipper replacement, hardware installation, and quality checks. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Perform repairs on apparel and gear including stitching, patching, hemming, and structural reinforcement.

Replace and install zippers, sliders, pulls, and other hardware.

Operate industrial sewing machines and other tools safely and efficiently.

Review work orders for accuracy and ensure repairs meet company quality standards.

Track daily production through internal systems (points, units, or work orders).

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Communicate any issues with repairs, materials, or order clarity to the leadership team.

Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Qualifications

Experience in sewing, tailoring, alterations, garment repair, or gear repair preferred.

Ability to operate industrial sewing machines or willingness to learn.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot repair challenges.
