Job Title: Territory Manager (Tampa Bay Area)
Salary: salary & commission based on experience.
Potential for additional income based on commission.
Summary/Objective: Tsunami/Bimini Bay/Toadfish is seeking a highly motivated & self-driven sales professional with strong fishing knowledge to join our team. The location of territory is the Tampa Bay area. Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. You will be representing, selling, and merchandising Tsunami, most national fishing brands, Bimini Bay apparel and Toadfish in multiple categories in a variety of national retailers and independent dealers.
Territory Manager responsibilities:
- Develop, build, and maintain relationships with store management, team leads and small business owners.
- Maintain a regular schedule based on volume to service the stores in territory.
- Zone and recover side counter; merchandise promotions, work out any back stock to sales floor on each visit.
- Write orders, service, and stock Bimini Bay apparel as necessary.
- Maintain, build, and replace fixtures/displays of products as needed.
- Share product knowledge with customers and store employees.
- Ability to communicate effectively with management and customers.
- Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, walking and be able to push, pull and lift materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel to retail stores on workdays using personal vehicle.
- Additional duties may be assigned from time to time, and duties may change at any time with or without advance notice.
Work Skills and Qualifications:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance and have access to the internet.
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and meet the defined physical activities, which include:
- Repetitive lifting (from floor to waist, chest high and above), bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally over 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and stock shelves, using repetitive hand/arm motions throughout the entire shift.
- A flexible work schedule is required. You may be required to work an occasional weekend for trade shows or weekend events.
- Need basic experience with excel and word documents.
