Role Overview


Responsible for taking CNC machined wood components and complete post processing, quality control, assembly preparation and final assembly.  

Essential Functions

  • Inspect each component before post processing and prior to assembly for quality control.

  • Post processing includes routing, trimming and sanding to prep components for assembly.

  • Use power and hand tools to process and assemble cut parts into finish quality cabinetry.

  • Check assembled components to ensure they meet production standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work space.

  • Abide by all shop safety standards.

 Ideal Experience

  • Prior manufacturing / fabrication experience with some labor trade experience (construction, carpentry, etc.) helpful.

  • Proven experience operating hand tools and other typical woodworking tools.

  • Proven ability to complete repetitive tasks with a high degree of quality control standards.

·        Ability to complete projects accurately, precisely, and with attention to detail within set timelines.

·        Ability to continuously evaluate the workspace for areas of improvement.

Physical Requirements

·        Must be comfortable working with a variety of power tools and equipment.

·        Must be able to lift and carry or otherwise move 70+ pounds regularly.

·        Must be able to work in a warehouse environment and able to work on concrete floors for long-periods.

The Nitty-Gritty

Job Type: Full time, hourly

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Wage: Starting at $25/hr. Opportunity for a raise once the training period is completed.
