Job Title:  EDI / Key Accounts Specialist

Job Type: Full-time (optional 4x10 hour days – THREE DAY WEEKENDS!)

Umpqua Feather Merchants, the world's foremost manufacturer and distributor of premium quality fishing flies, is currently hiring for an EDI / Key Accounts Specialist located at our headquarters in Louisville, CO.  If fly fishing and the outdoor industry is your passion, then you may find Umpqua to be the perfect fit for you!

 

Our EDI / Key Accounts Specialist will have a dynamic role that is key in supporting our sales team in maintaining current customer relationships as well as with daily operational tasks.  The ideal candidate needs to possess a strong positive can-do attitude, be self-motivated and highly driven to provide industry leading customer service.  

 

 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

·         Manage purchase orders, returns, and seasonal item set-up

·         Analyze future orders to help forecast operational workloads and inventory needs

·         Assist with Vendor Agreement preparation and chargeback controls

·         Efficiently and professionally respond to customer and sales representative call or emails pertaining to orders, product availability, pricing, and delivery

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

·         Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail

·         Highly effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Experience with inbound and outbound EDI processes preferred

·         Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office suite.  Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.  Strong typing and 10 key skills
