We are looking for a Sales Manager - someone who is a dynamic, ambitious, highly energetic and self-motivated person able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while leading your team by example.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing current accounts in order to maximize sales revenue to meet company goals; lead nationwide sales rep groups to achieve sales targets; create innovative strategies to increase sales; collaborate with Global Sales Director to establish and execute a sales goal for the region; prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts; perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities; liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

This position is located in our corporate office in the Interlocken area in Broomfield, CO. An estimated 25% of time will be for required travel when COVID restrictions are lifted.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in the outdoor, running, or footwear industry
• BS in Business Administration
• Previous working experience as a National or Regional Sales Manager
• Customer oriented with strong negotiation skills
• Analytical and data driven problem solver
• Excellent verbal and written communications, networking, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tasks and prioritize competing demands in order to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G-Suite

Job Type: 40 hours Full-time, benefitted after 30

Pay: $65,000 - $70,000 annuall
