Job Responsibilities:
= * Learn what makes Kali unique to riders and how
to effectively communicate these benefits.
= * Create strategies to present benefits of the
Kali program and product to reps and independent bicycle retailers
= * Customers are our priority: Respond in a timely
manner to all requests, resolve issues and follow up with customers to ensure
satisfaction
= * Present benefits of committing to Kali and
consistently work towards closing the sale
= * High volume, quality and strategic outbound
sales calls with the focus on adding value to the customer
= * Work closely with outside sales team to create
opportunities, provide excellent customer service and close deals.
= * Share market insights with management team via
monthly written reports and daily verbal feedback
= * Attend periodic dealer and rider events to
promote the benefits of Kali products and programs
What you need to succeed:
= * Proven track record overcome objections and
understand that rejection is a day-to-day reality of sales
= * Able to communicate why customer should act now
and what they stand to gain
= * The ability to energetically call customers and
propose solutions that add value to their business
= * Strategically plan efficient and effective ways
to connecting with a large customer base
= * Experience in phone sales ideally in the bicycle
industry
= * Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

Ability to ask for the order
=
Can analyze data and formulate a plan to achieve
goals
- Ability to multitask and manage
time efficiently
- Excellent
interpersonal communication skills, persuasive abilities
with an intuitive
understanding of what motivates others to act
- Excellent follow up skills (leads,
issue resolution, etc.)
