Job description
This position offers a unique opportunity to work in the beautiful Northwoods of Minnesota, with some amazing sled dogs! Your daily responsibilities would be feeding, watering, and scooping poop. This takes around 4 hours. You would also be helping train and run dog teams daily. When tour season begins you will also have opportunities to guide and earn extra income from tours and tips. We are also hoping to race this year and you would have a chance to race as well!
We are looking for a dedicated individual who wants to learn about dog mushing. This can be challenging but rewarding! The bonds and memories you make with the dogs are lifelong!
We offer rustic accommodation in the form of a small but cozy cabin without electric and water. However both are available elsewhere onsite.
